Above all else in my geekery, I'm a Peter Pan geek.<br /><br />His name is James Hook. (Which is why I think it's hilarious that there's a chiropractor up the street from my office with the same name.) He's a graduate of Eton. (His final words before being swallowed by the croc are "Floreat Etona.") And, like you said, you really can't divorce Hook from the grander themes his story explores about aging and facing death.<br /><br />Awesomeness of the actor aside, that took me right out of it, in a way that changing other tales hasn't.<br /><br />But that's just me. :)<br /><br />SO excited about this weekend's epi!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13508317345227850229noreply@blogger.com
